friendly staff well-equipped suite convenient location
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The suite was large and well-equipped. The sound isolation was quite suitable for quietness. I had a WONDERFUL view of the ocean. The location was an eight-minute walk to the beach, REALLY convenient!
I noticed limited facilities. It would have been nice to get a drink near the pool. I found myself going outside to the separate restaurant to order. It could have been simpler.

The staff spoke excellent english and provided all information I needed about the area. They assisted with getting around, recommending where to eat, and suggesting things to do. I appreciated the attentive service.

The hotel is located near the beach, perfect for a relaxing vacation. A LARGE supermarket is also nearby. This makes grocery shopping very easy. Several restaurants and cafes are within a short stroll.

The big clean pool area has comfortable loungers. I spent several afternoons there. I enjoyed the availability of a gym room. It helped maintain my exercise routine. The hotel kindly offered a bottle of water and fruit platter.

I received excellent service. The staff was very attentive! youssef at the reception gave helpful information about local sights and dining. aziz arranged an early taxi, securing a safe and affordable fare. the breakfast included fresh fruits, savory dishes, a variety of juices, and pastries.
The gym could benefit from better maintenance. Some equipment needed repair.

the hotel is near the beach, only a short walk away. many restaurants and cafés are within a ten-minute walk. hypermarket marjane is about fifteen minutes away by foot. the neighborhood is modern and pleasant.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section.
The elevator operation could be more intuitive.

helpful staff buffet breakfast ideal location
The staff was really good. they provided assistance with taxis and offered great local information. i found the buffet breakfast delicious. It had everything i could want. the location was ideal, very close to the beach
the hotel gym had an extra charge per day.

The breakfast had variety. I could always find something to eat each morning.
My 'Pool view apartment' felt quite dated. The bathroom showed signs of wear, and some of the fixtures looked like they needed replacing. Street noise was very noticeable even at night, disturbing my sleep on several occasions.
